About the Role
We are looking for a TechOps Specialist (m/f/d) based in Singapore (remote) to join our global Customer Success & Service organization.
You will work closely with our teams in Hamburg and London, as well as with two existing colleagues based in Singapore. While this is a remote position, you will be fully integrated into our international TechOps and DevOps setup.
This role goes beyond traditional technical support. You will contribute to strengthening our SaaS initiatives, enhancing automation, and collaborating closely with our DevOps team to scale infrastructure and customer environments efficiently.
