Following the successful launch of our D3 OMS real-time trading solution, we're actively seeking a skilled Team Lead to expand and lead our dynamic team of Fullstack Software Engineers. This influential role entails close collaboration with our Product Owner and Fullstack Engineer in the UK, where you'll not only contribute to ongoing software development but also take a pivotal role in driving process improvement initiatives within the team.
Hybrid Remote Role in Hamburg:
This unique opportunity offers a hybrid remote work arrangement, with regular weekly office days based in Hamburg, Germany. Please note that we can only consider candidates with the right to work in the EU, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Your Leadership Responsibilities:
As a Team Lead, you will guide your team through various responsibilities:
Development Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and mentorship, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Introduce fresh perspectives and ideas to steer the evolution of our software within the dynamic development team.
Integration and API Mastery:
- Lead the active contribution to the integration of additional trading venues into our technology.
- Oversee the leveraging of core functionality from existing components, ensuring specialized customization and rigorous testing for each interface.
Deployment and Testing Oversight:
- Work closely with the client service team to understand the unique requirements, workflows, and technology of each client.
- Guide the translation of insights into effective solutions, overseeing the creation of a knowledge base to support seamless client installations.
Continuous Development Leadership:
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the continuous evolution of our trading system and development process.
- Lead decision-making processes related to design, architecture, and their subsequent implementation.
End-to-End Solution Leadership:
- Utilize your expertise as a specialist service provider, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client requirements, configurations, and market trading venues.
- Collaborate seamlessly across the team to provide an authoritative end-to-end service to clients.
